Who: Everyone! Bring your family, friends, kiddos, etc! The more the merrier!
What: Just a fun beach day! Think Cornhole, Spike Ball, Volley Ball, tasty brews, etc!

Barbell Club - New Cycle!

Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

We are excited to announce our next round of Ballard Barbell Club! Mark your calendars for our start date: Wednesday, August 9th as well as the following 5 Wednesdays (6 weeks total). We'll be running 2 groups again: 5:30-7pm & 7-8:30pm. Cost is $50 for Unlimited, $60 for 4x, and $75 for 3x weekly memberships. And if you upgrade, this round of BBC is free! We'll be capping each group at the first 20 athletes to sign-up so email Joe ASAP! joe@ballardcrossfit.com ALL skill levels and abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate! Coach Sarah and Coach Joe are PUMPED to slam some bars, hit technique PR's and squat DEEP!!
